Brigitte Gabriel Answers the Question
“There are 1.2 billion Muslims in the world today. Of course not all of them are radicals! The majority of them are peaceful people. The radicals are estimated to be between 15 to 25 percent, according to all intelligence services around the world. That leaves 75 percent of them peaceful people. But when you look at 15 to 25 percent of the world’s Muslim population, you’re looking at 180 million to 300 million people dedicated to the destruction of Western civilization. That is as big [as] the United States. So why should we worry about the radical 15 to 25 percent? Because it is the radicals that kill. Because it is the radicals that behead and massacre. When you look throughout history, when you look at all the lessons of history, most Germans were peaceful. Yet, the Nazis drove the agenda and, as a result, 60 million people died. Almost 14 million in concentration camps; 6 million were Jews. The peaceful majority were irrelevant. When you look at Russia, most Russians were peaceful as well. Yet, the Russians were able to kill 20 million people. The peaceful majority were irrelevant. When you look at China, for example, most Chinese were peaceful as well. Yet, the Chinese were able to kill 70 million people. The peaceful majority were irrelevant. When you look at Japan prior to World War II, most Japanese were peaceful as well. Yet, Japan was able to butcher its way across the Southeast Asia, killing 12 million people, mostly killed with bayonets and shovels. The peaceful majority were irrelevant. On Sept. 11 in the United States, we had 2.3 million Arab Muslims living in the United States. It took 19 hijackers, 19 radicals, to bring America down to its knees, destroy the World Trade Center, attack the Pentagon and kill almost 3,000 Americans that day. The peaceful majority were irrelevant. So for all our powers of reason and for us talking about moderate and peaceful Muslims, I’m glad you’re here. But where are the others speaking out?”
In light of the murderous actions and intentions of Hamas, what would you like Israel to do?
Are you freaking kidding me.
I can get any job that I train for, and am physically capable of doing in this country.
If I educate myself, and make myself qualified, I can get any single job I want with my own hard work and make the exact same paycheck as a man with the same qualifications.
I can go wherever I want within legal parameters. I can buy whatever I want within legal parameters. I can drive a car. I can vote. I can purchase a gun. I can get a hunting license. I can own a house. I can own a car. I can own property or a business if I want to.
I can do absolutely anything a man can do in this country.
So what rights am I missing? Do I need to be the overlord of men? No.
I was born equal to a man as far as the law and God are concerned. I may not have the same body structure or physical abilities, but I have the same damn rights as a man in the God blessed United States of America.
Women in some other countries are not NEARLY as privileged as women here.
Anyone in the world can be a jerk. And life is unfair. You CANNOT make a UTOPIA for ANYONE.
This bullshit “feminism” we have today is a downright laughing stock. An honest to God disgrace.
I am not some poor little victim who isn’t as well off as a man, and I am insulted by the ideology that I am lesser off as a woman and need help from the Government to be as well off as a man.
I am independent and the only one to blame for my own downfalls and abilities in life.
And I’ll be damned if I complain that my own shortcomings are because of men, or anyone else but myself.
Screw your feminism.
And the second amendment is one of my rights as a woman and an American. So don’t you dare take that from me. I will fight for that right to the death.
Molan labe, bitches.
C.S. Lewis, The Four Loves (via asexualquotes)
This. A thousand times this.
Friendship is a real type of love.
It has value.
It has merit.
In fiction (and in real life), friendship can and should be an end to itself.
It does not need to lead to something else to be valid.
Thank you - yes - exactly. Guy & girl, two guys, two girls - they can actually just be FRIENDS. It doesn’t have to be some cover for suppressed sexual desire. Clint & Natasha can just be friends. Steve & Bucky can just be friends. Darcy & Jane can just be friends.
I like shipping as much as anyone else, but not every single relationship has to be a love/sex/desire ship. They could just be friends.
